I require numerous persmission slips to be completed / refused prior to undertaking any childminding. These include:
- Routine Outings Permission
- Pre-arranged Alternative care (in case of childminder sickness)
- Sun Protection Cream Permission
- Observation Permission
- Outdoor Play Permission
- Transporting in a Vehicle Permission
- Photograph Permission
